Because products are made to order, we can replace items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective. For size/color exchanges, we’ll do our best to help.

Report an issue

If something’s off with your order, email us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Damaged in transit covered
  • Wrong size/color: we may offer a courtesy discount on a new order
